Develop good study habits and don’t fall behind in your work. Expect a lot of yourself, especially academically. Try a lot of different hobbies and stick with those you like.
Shower daily and wash your hair at least every three days. Keep your weight at a healthy level, exercise daily, and eat a nutritious diet. Get enough sleep, up to eight hours a night.
