If you ask any 17-year-old what their hobbies are, you are almost guaranteed to get an answer like sports, music, or video games.

Teens mostly spent their free time hanging out with friends and family or doing various lifestyle things like playing video games, watching anime, or surfing the net.

Have you ever wanted to learn how to play the guitar or any other instrument? It’s fun and rewarding, has been shown to improve memory function, and it can even make you more attractive to people, particularly the opposite sex. If anyone at school is into music, then finding a local band might be a good idea.

Explore Crafts

If you are like me, then you love crafts. I can tell that there are so many different lovely crafts out there and lots of tutorials for them on the web. So, if you are one of those people who love to make things with your own hands start with calligraphy, basket making, woodburning, or some other craft.

Chose a Sport

Football, ice hockey, golf, or netball… Do you like sports? Then pick an activity that interests you and imagine the experience of being on the winning team or dominating the competition. But remember: It is not about winning or losing, but enjoying yourself!
